Evan Yo (蔡旻佑) is a singer from Taiwan. He had released his first album "19" in 2007. And he wrote or compose almost the whole album himself. The album named "19" because when he released his album he was 19years old. He is major in Violin and Piano in one of the top university in Taiwan.
